Something totallllyyyy different....

...I made a scarf!  Actually, I've now made 3, but the other 2 are knitted.  This one's crochet.  I made it up as I went, and I'm very surprised at how good it looks on!  It looks kind of weird by itself... Sorry, I can't seem to stick with any 'one' craft....

BTW, I'm selling the pattern for this scarf on a little Etsy shop I just started.... and I'd even make another scarf for just $50. ;)  I don't know how people can sell them for $15!  That's like $2 / hour! *swoon*

for leaving you with a boring ol' layout for a whole week, is this girly one.... I like this one.... one of the few that I'm 90%+ happy with....

There was something special about those first few weeks after our second daughter was born.... getting used to the idea of 'two' 'pink' 'girlie' 'girls'! :) :) :)

(They are now two multicoloured countrified ratbags, but anyway, the pink thing was nice while it lasted.)

Blokey card

Always hard to do blokey cards, isn't it!  This is a classic style, but lacks oomph.  Maybe I should get some jazzy embellies, or do paper piecing for a feature...
