Cards with Vellum

Digital Tuesday has put out the challenge to use Vellum. Well, how hard is that not for a Vellum addict like me? :D

The text is on vellum over patterned card and there's a strip of folded vellum along the bottom. Artisticly crooked and all.... :P

4-y-o Digiscrapping

Step 1: Download this gorgeous free kit from my fave scrapping site... You'll have to register on the site first, but that's free too.

Step 2: Do not remove self-invited 4-y-o from lap. Instead, ask her what she would like on the page.... what photo, what colour writing, what words, what piccies....


Step 3: Whack it all together on Photoshop. Done!

Digiscrap mending....

...is what I've been doing a bit lately. I have plenty of old layouts that aren't 'just right' yet. This is one I'm a bit happier with now....

That middle pic is her 'brown frown' that she's been able to do since, hmmm, a couple months old? So quick though, it was hard to catch on camera!

I desaturated the photo a bit in this one.... the photo in the bottom layout has it's original colours.... If I wasn't being so lazy, I'd change the colours of the layout to match the photo better, but changing the photo to match the kit is sooo much quicker ;)
